Dried nettles grown organically in very rich soil - this tea is super packed with nutrients and minerals. We harvest each spring and dry them on our farm.
 
Tea Directions - fill 1/5 of the jar with nettles and steep in boiling water overnight for full mineral benefit.  Drink 4 cups daily throughout the day. To get to know the plant, drink a nourishing infusion every day for one month. Safe for pregancy.
 
If nettle tea is too drying for you, try adding marshmallow root, violet leaf, licorice root or shatavari root.
