Our hydrosols are handcrafted over a wood-fired steam distiller in small batches. Mint is cooling and calming for a hot summer day. Use as a room spray or on your body to cool a sunburn/ bug bites. Chocolate mint grows wild on our farm as Ashfield was the largest producer of mint in the mid 1800s. The mint roots have spread through the waterways and continue to thrive on site ever since then! Quite the historical feat for a plant which was once cultivated and now runs wild in our wetlands.
